Building B takes a fresh approach to dental implantology: a dedicated centre with two surgery rooms fitted with operating-theatre equipment, designed with safety in mind, with sterile environments and controlled air, for more predictable procedures and a calmer experience for you.
Every stage is joined up here: digital planning and teamwork with hospital anaesthetists, combining advanced technology with personal attention, from pre-op to recovery.

Tommaso Grandi Dental Clinic is in Modena at Via Contrada 323, in a spot that works whether you live in the city centre or are travelling in from outside Modena. The clinic is set in a green area with plenty of private parking. If you are coming to the Clinic from outside Modena or from abroad, our staff will help you get here in the most convenient way and, if you are having surgery, will support you throughout your stay.

Dr Tommaso Grandi
Dr Grandi graduated with honours in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in 2004. In 2007 he was awarded a research fellowship at the same university's Department of Neurosciences, Head and Neck, and Rehabilitation, and from 2008 to 2013 he was Adjunct Professor of Periodontology.
In 2013 he founded Tommaso Grandi Dental Clinic, a centre for treatment, research and training in dental implantology.
Since then he has stepped up his research in Italy and abroad, working with colleagues of many nationalities on studies of immediate loading in implantology.
Research and training in advanced dental implantology
Alongside his daily clinical work, Dr Tommaso Grandi is continually engaged in research and professional development in dental implantology. He is lead author of scientific studies published in specialist international journals and sits on the Editorial Board of the European Journal of Oral Implantology, one of the most respected journals in the field.
Research and publications
Lead author of several peer-reviewed implantology studies published in international journals.
Thanks to his continuing research work he was appointed to the Editorial Board of the European Journal of Oral Implantology, one of the most prestigious implantology journals in the world.
He runs implantology courses for dentists in Italy and abroad and is a scientific consultant to an important implant manufacturer.
His continuing research, the protocols he has developed and the introduction of a computer-guided surgery workflow at the Clinic together allow Dr Grandi to place more than 7,000 implants every year.
