Tommaso Grandi Dental Clinic is opening its new Site B, just 200 metres from our current premises: 450 m² designed to expand our services and offer patients who choose implant treatment an even safer, more comfortable and more specialised setting. Implant surgery requires planning, sterility and control: that’s why we have created dedicated spaces, technology and patient pathways.
Clinical spaces in numbers: efficiency and comfort
The new site includes 5 treatment rooms for general dental care and 2 rooms equipped as operating theatres, designed for more complex procedures. The layout follows separate, streamlined routes for the team and for patients, reducing waiting and ensuring privacy and comfort at every stage of treatment.
A controlled environment: sterile air and rigorous protocols
The surgical suite uses filtered sterile air systems with ISO 7 classified rooms, used appropriately for surgical procedures, together with codified gowning and sanitisation protocols. This approach improves risk control and intra-operative quality.
Computer-guided surgery and a digital workflow
Site B integrates a digital workflow including 3D imaging, virtual planning, computer-guided surgery, custom surgical guides and immediate loading protocols, in suitable cases. The aim: precision, minimal trauma and shorter rehabilitation times, with predictable aesthetic and functional results.
What it means for patients choosing implant treatment
- Clinical safety: dedicated operating theatres and sterile air with particle control.
- Comfort: quiet rooms, dedicated pathways and monitored recovery.
- Predictability: digital planning and shared protocols reduce the unexpected.
- Experience: a team dedicated to managing complex cases, including full-arch treatment.
A centre for dentists: co-treatment and training
Site B is also a hub for fellow dentists who want to offer their patients advanced treatment while maintaining continuity of care at their own practice:
- Co-treatment: we carry out complex procedures together in a dedicated setting; reporting and communication with the patient remain shared.
- Training: hands-on courses in guided surgery, regenerative surgery, digital prosthetic workflow and live surgery, with spaces designed for training and clinical discussion.
- Technology and protocols: support with case selection, 3D planning and post-operative management.
The clinical pathway: transparent and traceable
- Consultation and 3D diagnostics: medical history, tests and digital case planning.
- Guided planning: implant positioning and assessment of the tissues.
- Dedicated surgery: carried out in the operating theatre with aseptic and monitoring protocols.
- Follow-up: healing, prosthetic loading and long-term maintenance.
